Valentine's Day to me is a day filled with love and happy fun things.
Happiness was a phone call from my Granddaughter this afternoon saying that the Valentine Mailbox we worked 3 hours on last weekend was judged the second best in her class. You could hear the happiness in her voice and the excitement. She said Granny I won second place and received some Chocolate!!!
Love was taking a box of candy and a homemade Valentine to my 78 year old Mother and seeing the tears in her eyes. She was happy to be remembered.
Fun will be making a special dinner tomorrow night with my sweetheart of the last 35 years!!!

My husband is cleaning at the church tonight and I'm home with a sick boy. Yet, it was so romantic that he called a minute ago and said, "I'm gonna take the garbage out and head home...
