34 Years Together!!!!

It seems like it was only yesterday that I was standing in my husband's Parents living room saying I DO!!

On June the 22nd 1974 I made a decision that would take me through all the days of my life. I married my sweet husband. We had grown up together, went to the same schools and had the same group of friends. We never dated. Then one day we found ourselves working for the same business. We reconnected instantly and in a few short months were married.

My husband is truly the best friend I have ever had. He is the one person who really makes me feel special. He helps me feel good about myself.

Over the past 34 years we have experience sorrows, many issues with my husband's health, hardship and joys beyond all measure.

He is truly my "sunshine on a rainy day". He is so special to me!! I gave my heart away that day and did not even realize the cost of this to me. When he hurts I hurt. When he is happy I am elated. When he his sick I set by his bed holding his hand in mine praying for him. I wake each morning to thank our God for placing him in my life.
Our Lord gave me a very special person to share my life with and for this I am thankful!!!

I know that you love me beyond all boundaries. You are always there for me no matter what the situation is. You truly are my soft place to fall when the storms of the world seem to much for me to bear.

My heart is so full of pride for the boy I married has turned into one extraordinary man. I love you so very much!!
