Icecream

It is soooo hot here in the south today. They were saying on the news that this was the hotest day in 55 years. So I am thinking icecream. What is icecream without hot fudge sauce? This is a recipe that I have used before and it is verry good. 1 can sweetened condensed milk 2 1ounce squares of semi sweet chocolate you will need to chop it. 2 tablespoons of cocoa 1 teaspoon of really good vanillia one half cup of half and halfand a pinch of salt. Combine the condensed milk and the chocolate and cocoa and the salt in top of a double boiler over rapidly boiling water. Stir until all melts and gets thick. Remove from the heat and stir in the half and half. Cool and add the vanillia. Serve warm over your favorite ice cream.
