Hey everyone. It is a beautiful sunshiny day here in Kentucky.
Yesterday I went to the food pantry and stayed my whole time, Then went the get a hamburger with my husband, After this we went to a flee market. Where I purchased three books. Guess what they are!!!! They are The Tale of Jemima Puddle-duck by Beatrix Potter and The Tale of Tom Kitten and The Tale of Benjamin Bunny all by Beatrix Potter. They are pop up books and are in near perfect condition. They are also hardback. I paid a whopping .50 a piece for them Talk about being happy. I just wished I could find the book about Peter Rabbit I so love it.
Then we went for ice cream. It was the best day I have had since Nov. I had sooooo much fun and so did my husband.
Today I went to have my hair permed for Easter. I have not felt like doing anything with my hair either. It has been a good day too.
I still have some pain at night that does wake me up. It is a thousand time better.
I am so thankful and blessed.
I will be around to visit all of you soon. Have a great week-end.

Hello, Mary! I have been out of the blog groove! In fact, I can't believe how long I have been missing in action! I have been so distracted with mountain living, snow, and adjusting. Well, you are one of my first visits!

I see you are doing well! I love the changes on your blog! Very nice!

Happy Sunday!

Mary, I'm so glad that you are feeling better and that you're out and about doing fun things again. Keep taking good care of yourself and don't worry if you must speak up.

Thanks so much for telling me about your experience with a new mattress. I feel better knowing that it might take a few days to get used to. That's what I love about Blogdom...someone somewhere knows things. :D

Hi Mary,

Thanks for your words. You know I was thinking about the words to that song, and some of the things that happened over the course of this week, causing me to turn to the Lord and worship. While I worshipped the anger went away, and I felt like those things I had witnessed provoked me seeking Him. The lyrics of that song make me think about what God allows in our lives for His purpose.

Isn't it wonderful that there are so many believers in this Land of Blog. How would I have coped over the course of these last few difficult years without finding the friends like you.

I hope that you have a Blessed Easter.

Karen.

You are so lucky to get those wonderful books. I saw Miss Potter with Renee Zellweger and loved it. You might too now that you have those books.

I'm having fun just strolling through your blog. :-)
