The meaning of love is all around me!!!

I see it in the beauty of a small child I am teaching at church. When we are working on a project, They get out of their chair and come to me with a big hug and a Mrs. Mary I love you.

When it is storming outside and our 10 year old Granddaughter calls (who lives in another state) to say she is watching the news and wants to be sure we are okay! My heart skips a beat with this amazing child showing so much love and concern.

I come to my blog and my dear friend has updated it with a beautiful new banner. When another blogger friend sends me a box of goodies overflowing with goodness to use with the cards we make. Yet others leave such sweet comments and uplifting prayers and words of encouragement, others know when I need a sweet handmade card to brighten my day.

When I am so tired from the events of the day and my husband brings me a big bowl of popcorn and puts a favorite movie in.

Random acts of kindness, a phone call, a sweet note in the mail, a gift a fresh baked bread.

Looking over at night and seeing the man I have been married to for almost 36 years lying next to me and snoring so loud I could not sleep if I wanted too.

The sunrise, a robins egg, full moon, the scent of flowers, a cool breeze on a warm evening. All gifts from my Heavenly Father.

The people in my life who love me with all my many inperfections.

Oh, Mary! That's so funny about being grateful for your darling hubby who snores. I love mine, too! Ha! I understand it completely. God love ya, you've made me laugh tonight.

The gratitude you have expressed for everything in life, big and small is so beautiful :)

I have returned from a blogging vacation that lasted over 6 months and wanted to see if you were still blogging. I am glad to see that you are. I hope you're doing well :)

Hello Dear Mary,

What a lovely post. Counting your blessing naming them one by one, a sweet little song we children use to sing in Sunday School.:o)

Thank you so much for this post my friend. I will go throughout the day counting my blessings and thinking of you.
