Ramblings

I am sitting here in the quite of my den. Outside my window the snow is falling. Cover the earth with a beautiful white blanket. It is a wet snow and it is clinging to everything.

I have a good book to read, some chocolates my hubby bought, a heated throw to cover up with and my dog nestled next to me. Life is good!!!

So inside my house I get to enjoy the beauty of Mother nature while so many are less fortune. They have no where to go. Are out on the street many with no blanket for warmth. No roof to shelter them from the elements. Some have not eaten, others are sick.

My heart aches for them. God has Blessed my family in so many ways!!! I pray and ask you to join me in praying for the hurting peoples of this world.

Well Mary, Glad you got some pretty snow. It snowed here last night (about an inch or so). It was that beautiful, wet, clingy kind that is so pretty. We took some 'night' pictures --but couldn't wait to see what it looked like in the daytime. HA---the rains have washed it all away... Sigh!!!!

Hugs,
Betsy

As a friend just shared with me this week...all we can do is pray for them and pray for peace for ourselves. You are a dear lady and I am so happy to think of you all cozy in your home with a warm throw and a good book.

Scooch that doggy over a bit and let me sit next to you, I know you want to share the chocolates.

We haven't had a fresh snowfall since before Christmas, the snow we still have on the ground is from then!!! Very unusual winter for us so far, it's frigid but hardly any snow.

I often think of those that don't have homes to keep warm in and no food to put in their belly and like you, I pray for them. xoxo

P.S. Mary, you didn't do the pet name thingie on my post this morning...get back there and do it!!! hehe

Hi Mary!
I also have a heavy heart for the homeless and people who live on the streets. In the Bible it says there will always be the poor and we are to take care of them...I'll pray.
I am also blessed and am very thankful.
Warmly,
Deb :)

Oh hasn't the snow been pretty!
I too worry and pray for those people. It is a heavy burden and I'm so thankful I can give.
