Merry CHRISTmas

Last night my daughter (the one who lost her baby and cannot work right now. Is a single Mother) went to A store to get some Milk for the kiddos. She found an envelope in the parking lot with $800.00 in it. She had no money and has been very depressed about it. She took the money and turned it in at the stores service desk. Within the hour someone claimed it.

The store called and told her how grateful the owner was. They gave her a reward of $100.00 and the store gave her a $50.00 gift card.

I told her this was a gift from God and at the same time a test to see if she would do the right thing. I am so very proud of her.

Merry CHRISTmas!!!!!

You taught your daughter well, Mary... She couldn't have EVER just kept that money and lived with herself. She has YOU in her!!!!! You are such a wonderful role model to her -and to others around you. God Bless ALL of you.

Merry Christmas.
Hugs,
Betsy

Happy New Year to you and yours, dear Mary! I do hope that 2010 brings you nothing but the best:-) I've finally got all my Christmas decorations put away so now I have time for the computer again. I really missed blogging and visiting during the holidays but now I'm back!!! xoxo

My goodness. What a wonderful story especially at Christmas time. I don't know if you have ever read the magazine Angels, but people submit articles and miracles that happen to them. You really should submit this. It's a beautiful store.

I'm so sad to hear that she recently lost a baby. I'm new to your blog and am wondering is this the same daughter that lost her home to a fire.

God bless your family and comfort you with his grace.

Warm hugs and prayers....Tracy :)
