I'll cry if I want too.

Have you heard the old song I'll cry if I want too it is my Birthday?????

Well I did cry on my Birthday but they were tears of joy!!!

My husband had surgery on Monday. What was suppose to be an hour and half surgery with two procedures turned into a 4 hour surgery with 4 procedures being done.

They put stints in his illiac arteries, in his groin they did andigoplasic to one side and stints to the other. They were not suppose to do the groin but it was necessary. They thought there was a small blockage in his kidneys and were going to open them but could not. As the blockage is 70%. There are possibly more surgeries to follow.

The tears of joy he got to come home on my Birthday !!!!!!!!!! Our Lord is soooooooo loving!!!!

We have had cold rainy weather all day. In our house the sun is shining as we count all our many blessings. Our sweet friends all of you included have showered with love and prayers.

I have been trying to visit you all some. I hope to get back at it.

Today I have the blessing of helping a young lady with 4 children, who had to flee their home with only the clothes on their backs. We were able to give them food and point them to other agencies that could further help them. They were from another state. We did get them in safe housing. It make me so thankful for all the things I take for granted. My Grandmother always said you can look around and find someone who has more needs than you. Good advice!!!

Have a Blessed week and may gentle breezes and sunshine fill your lives!!!!!

You're a kind dear friend and I am so glad that your darling husband got to come home! Yes, I remember that song well...
How like you to be the ones to point the distressed family towards the help they needed...and feed them, too! Like I said, a kind dear friend!

Your loving, caring, trusting attitude toward life (including all of the goods and not-so-goods) is such an inspiration to all of us. You are right. There are always many more people out there who are much worse off than we are.

Lots of prayers and hugs and support to you and your Sweetie Pie, Sweet Mary.
Hugs,
Betsy
