GUILTY!!!

I am guilty !!! I have been outside playing in the sunshine and have not been blogging. I have MISSED all of you but have been enjoying being out side. The sun feels so good to my back. It is still bothering me. We have had some sun mixed in with the rain and clouds. Sunday was a rain out, but the other days were off and on.

My Grand came and we did make the ice cream. It was sooooo good!! On Sunday we took her to Taco Bell and celebrated her all A's since Kindergarten. Then we went and picked out a cake for her Daddy's Birthday which was on Monday. She was so excited!! She so loves to buy gifts for others. On Monday when we called our son to wish him Happy Birthday he said they had eaten all of the cake. He said it was really good.

Today I went outside and there was the sweetest surprise. Someone had placed a large planter in my yard with a cherry tomato plant and pepper plant in it. We later found out it was from our youngest son.

I have been reading a new book by Susan Wiggs. The title is Summer at Willow Lake. It is really good.

Hope all of you are getting to soak up some sunshine!!!!

Your days sound blissful. I would lie out in the sun all the time if life allowed. Isn't it a glorious feeling?

Your book sounds good, I went to amazon and read an excerpt. I am almost finished a book and want to pick up the one you are reading.

Sounds like a lot of fun going on at your place these days.

Here by the Bay we seem to be having a second winter. The weather is much more like Febuary than (nearly) June. Bah! Send me some of your sunshine.

I'm so glad that you've been out enjoying the sunshine instead of sitting inside at the computer. I did the same thing last week when we were having such beautiful weather:-) Would you believe, though, that yesterday we had snow? Today it's cold and raining so I'm not very impressed at all, with it being June 1st and all!! xoxo

I think we're all guilty of less blogging and reading during this season. Now is the time for outdoors! Enjoy your family visit, Mary.
