The Weekend

Our Granddaughter is here!!! We have been cleaning her room and making it fun and cozy for her.

She has about 1 million stuffed animals sleeping with her. Each one is such a dear friend. She has been painting her nails and talking of fun things she wants to do this weekend.

I went in a few minutes ago to check on her. She said Granny come over here. I went over to her bed and she reached up and hugged me, saying Granny I love you so much. Of course my heart did flip-flops.

There is nothing in the world as precious as the love of a child!!!

So tomorrow we will be busy making memories.

Have a Great Weekend!!

Oh Mary,
You make me want to adopt a grandchild. sigh. What a wonderful blessing you have this weekend. I miss my girls when they were small so much, I borrow my daughter's girls that she babysits for, so that I can make crafts with them.

Mary, if you get a chance stop by for the Carnival. I'm popping your journal page at the post office later today.

Have a lovely weekend.

I think I had that same stack of stuffed animals...my brothers used to win them at the fair and my favorite was a long pink snake I could wrap around me!

Hopfully in the next few weeks I will be able to stop by everyon's blof like before and visit. I still have trouble typing correctly since my left hand and arm is still week some. I hope you have a great weekend making memories with our grandaughter. Children are such a precious gift from GOD. I know I love mine to pieces, and I don't want them to grow up. LOL. I know they can't be babies forever, but it don't hurt to want to keep them thwt way. Take care my friend and have a great Sunday. May GOD BLess you and yours.
Love,
Karen H.

Oh Mary... I know you had a great time. Hope you post some pictures of her and the time you and she had together.

We are home from Arkansas.. It was an interesting trip--because of the weather. We had thunderstorms and then an Ice Storm. Check out my blog when you get a chance.

Have a great day tomorrow.
Hugs,
Betsy
