Spring Fills the Air

It is a bright and sunny day here today. The weather is warm though it is a bit windy.

The grass is greening up and the tress are budding. I walked around my house and saw plants beginning to push through the ground.

My yard was filled with birds and squirrels jumping from tree limb to tree limb.

Our sweet friend Spring is on the way. With her bring many beautiful things.

There will be flowers in many different colors. Perfuming the air with such sweet smells. The trees will soon be dressed in their new leaves. Some bearing blossoms that will turn into fruit this fall.

I am ready for all the delights this season brings.

Remember my friends to set your clocks up one (1) hour before going to bed tonight.
Go out and enjoy the day my friends!!!!

Mary, what a delightful post. I am so looking forward to spring. We do have some signs. Something has been spring cleaning the owl box, probably a squirrel as the owl only come in early winter. Also, the cardinals are singing their beautiful song.

Have a happy weekend

I too am ready for spring, Mary... We have one little crocus blooming. He's in the sunniest part of our yard.

And of course the birds are singing, the squirrels are running around and the robins are back.. Sounds like spring to me!!!!

Have a great week. We're going to Arkansas tomorrow. Be home Sat.
Hugs
Betsy

Your post is so cheery both in news and colors. I'll enjoy your spring first because mine will be somewhat delayed though you may be surprised to know that it reached 50° here today.

Have a wonderful and relaxing Sunday!

It's 80 degrees here today after 10" of snow last weekend. It's so surreal. I planted my spinach and lettuces yesterday in the garden boxes. Fresh spinach...yum. Have a super great week. ~ Lynn

We had that same gorgeous weather over the weekend but now? Well, the sun has stayed but it is icy, icy cold. feels more like the beginning of winter than the beginning of Spring. We are expecting some 70's though by the end of the week. I'm ready!!!

Mary,
I met your friend Phylis that you got the cards for. She popped over to my blog and left a message. Then I noticed that she was having a vintage slumber party on her blog today. You know how I can't resist a virtual party...well, I joined in and met some wonderful new blogging friends.

Thank you for always leading me to blessings.
