Thank-you all so very much for all the get-well wishes. I still have a headache but it is somewhat better. I not only had a migraine my blood pressure is up. I have been doing bed rest and watching what I eat. With my stomach being upset I had not been able to eat allot. I have only been wanting fresh fruit, soup, hot tea and toast. H ave a hard time keeping it down. I do feel I am making progress but still need to take care.

I love all the poems and the sweet post my friend Phyllis (http://shabbyinthecity.blogspot.com/ ) did for me. She is a beautiful person inside and out. I am so glad to be able to call this sweet person my friend. As I am so glad to call each of you my friends and to have all you beautiful, caring people in my life. I know I am better for all the prayers that were and are being said for me. Please continue to pray. I would so much like to be able to attend church Sunday and teach those sweet children. They add so much to my life and I do miss them.

I am seeing so many Valentine's on your blogs. I want to be able to play and make some of these.

I wish all of you a week filled with happiness, good health, and lots of joy!!!!!

Being a migrains sufferer I know how crippling they can be. I hope that you are feeling so much better than you were. I know it can take days until you feel yourself. Take it easy, drink lots of fluids and make sure to listen to your body. I usually spend a lot of time being close with ice packs!! LOL I have about 6 that I keep close at hand and have the kids run back and forth to get me a fresh freezing cold one, they seem to help a lot. The other thing I found that helps a lot are great back rubs from hubby, I strongly recommend them. Take care!!! HUGS!!!!

I will be praying for your health to improve, being sick all the time is no picnic. I do know that high blood pressure will give you headaches, I have this and I am on medicine for it. I hope you can attend church Sunday.

Mary,

I have sent you some Valentines by email and hope you can use them for making some cards. Enjoy!

I'm glad you are feeling better. Be sure to stay away from any salt if you have high blood pressure and eat a banana a day, which helps keep it from spiking. Hope this helps.

Blessings,
Mary

Hi Mary, I hope you are feeling better and on the road to wellness.
I have been enjoying your previous posts and when I saw the recipe for Coconut Cake I had to copy the directions. That was my granpa's favorite, a different recipe but this sounds so good. Perfect for Christmas or anytime.
You were asking about the Valentine treats from my daughter...she found everything at Target. Do you have them in your area? Feel better soon....hugs, Linda
