A Day Of Blessings!!!

Yesterday was an awesome day!!!

First I went to church and my sweet children were waiting for me. We talked about the meaning of Christmas. I was blown away by what they had to say. When I come home from church I am on such a spiritual high. I know I am learning more than they are. They are filling me to the brim with the Blessings of Christmas. For this I thank our Lord.

Then we went back to church for the Hanging of the Green Service. This is a service where we decorate our church together as a Family. There is so much love in that time we spend together doing this.

When I checked my e-mails and made my visits to each of you. I see where my friend Karen @ A scrapbook of inspiration blogspot had posted the most beautiful Christmas story and the drawings she did that accompany the story are so amazing. I love them so much. If you want a true Christmas Gift go over and visit her.

Yes, It was a day of many Blessings!!!

I will have to agree with you!

Now for a funeral :( the family together again.

I have 2 elderly uncles in the hospital right now.
And what has happened to your music? Did the Grinch come and take it away?

I love it when kids "get it" about the meaning of Christmas and all of it's symbols...makes me very warm and fuzzy inside.

How are you? I am trying to catch up on visits with Friends,...I am so behind.

Hugs,
Robin

I used to love when our church had the hanging of the green. I haven't ever heard of it at another church since we moved.
