Tuesday Greetings

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter!!!!!
We did very much so ! My husband and myself attended the Sunrise service held at our church.
Our granddaughter attended with us. (Her picture is on my sidebar) Then we went back for our regular Sunday School and then our regular Sunday Services.

I taught children's church and with the 3 youth who helped we had 25 children and 2 adult workers . It was so awesome as the children asked so many questions and explain in their own words what Easter meant.

It was a day of reflection and thanksgiving for all the beautiful things in my life!

My husband and I prepared our meal together and enjoyed it so much. We really enjoyed the naps we took afterwards. LOL

We woke up to some light snow flurries on Monday and cooler temps. It was also cold here this weekend. It promises to be warmer tomorrow.

I wish each of you a beautiful week!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Evening Mary,
I'm so glad you had a wonderful Easter. It's always so enjoyable to hear and listen to little kids telling what things mean to them. It has been fairly chilly here as well. It did get up into the 60's this afternoon and I turned the A/C on for a while. I was freezing this morning and hot this afternoon. LOL. Naps are always a good thing after a good meal huh? LOL. Take care my friend and have a great evening. May God Bless You and Yours.

Love & Hugs,
Karen H.

Well, we were having nice weather except for the wind until this afternoon. Now we have snow and rain mixed together. I have a feeling that March is going out like a lion this year.

Mary,

I'm glad you had such a nice Easter and I'm sure your granddaughter was very good company to church.

We had a nice weekend, but today it's been rain and snow mixed here in southern Ontario. This has been a long winter and it's not over yet. Wishing for more signs of spring.

Blessings,
Mary

What a sweet photo of your Granddaughter! She looks like a lot of fun! I can't wait to have grandchildren—and to take them to church would be so much fun!

"On the Street Where You Live," was a song I played over and over in High School. The version I had was by Vic Damone.

Happy Thursday!

Hi there sweet friend!

Gosh, it seems f-o-r-e-v-e-r since I've been able to visit you. You've been very busy and I've enjoyed each and every post (and photo) I've missed. I'm so sorry to hear your husband will be needing surgery. I was so hoping things were much better by now. Please keep us posted.

We had a ball on our California trip, but it's always nice to return home. I'm still gradually catching up on things around here. (Just in time before company comes next week...our daughter and my Mom and Aunt.)

Hugs!
Kat

Sounds like it was a wonderful Easter!! I also led Children's Church this past week and, because it was Easter, we had more kids than usual. It was cool to get to explain the resurrection to them!

Thanks for popping by my blog. I'll be back!
