Wednesday Tibits
I hope everyone is having a great day. I would like to first share a recipe I recieved from a special friend of mind. She made it for some of the ladies she works with and they loved it. It is a new recipe for me and I was so glad to have it as it sounds so yummy. I want to share it with all of you. CHOCOLATE COBBLER....1 cup self-rising flour...1/2cup sugar...2Tblsp.plus1/4 cup cocoa divided...1/2 cup milk...3Tblsp. Vegetable Oil...1 cup packed brown sugar....1&3/4 cup hot water....Vanillia Ice Cream optional....... In a bowl combine the flour, sugar, and 2Tblsp.cocoa;sprinkle over bater.Pour hot water over the top. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 mins. or until top of the cake springs back when lightly touched.Serve warm with ice cream if desired. .....WHEN THIS CAKE BAKES IT MAKES IT'S OWN CHOCOLATE SAUCE ON THE BOTTOM. This cake would also be good with pecans. My friend says this is so good and easy she just had to pass it on....Enjoy.... I would also ask you to please pray for my 4 year old grandson. My daughter is taking him to be tested for autisium. We have a 10 year old grandson who has it and now there are good reasons to think my youngest daughter's child has it also. None of our children have it but it must run in the family. Also my husband has been feeling bad since Christmas and has been seen by several doctors and has had several test and had another today. He will be seeing yet another doctor next week. They think they know the problem but are not sure as of yet so please pray for him also. It is so wonderful to know that God is working in all of this and there is hope in the Lord!!!!

Good Afternoon Mary,
"THANK YOU" for stopping by last night. I so appreciate it very much. I do hope you will come back and visit when you want to. You are always Welcome at my place. If you don't mind, I'll add you to my blogroll. You can add me to yours if you want to as well. I enjoy making new friends and getting aquainted with them. Your Chocolate Cobbler recipe sounds so good. I love anything with Chocolate. I'm not a Sweet's Baker myself. I may have to give this a try sometime tho. Today is "NATIONAL PIE DAY" and this would be a good recipe to share. My friend Tammy@Princess Magnolia emailed me about it yesterday afternoon. I put up a post of my version of Chicken Pot Pie. I will be sure to keep your Grandson in my prayers. My friend Mary@Mary'sWritingNook has a Grandson that has Autism as well. You might want to visit her sometime when you have the time. She is such a sweet lady and lives in Canada. You may already know her tho. I will keep your husband in my prayers as well. I do hope they can find out what is wrong with him. Take care my friend and have a great day. May God Bless You and Yours.
Hugs,
Karen H.

Mary Isabella,
Thanks so much for sharing your recipe with us. My prayers are with you and your family.
Blessings,
Mary
PS Just came back to ask that you let me know how your grandson's tests turn out.
My grandson has Asperger's Syndrome, which is on the autism spectrum. They say it runs in families, but no one ever had it before him unless it was way back in our ancestry.
Praying for you all.
I will be thinking about you and your family...
