Tuesday evening Chit chat

I won the drawing at samiamcreations.blogspot.com I am so very happy . Sandy makes such beautiful creations. Please hop on over and visit with her. It has turned cold in our neck of the woods. We have freeze warnings out for tonight. My hubby just put the electric blanket on our bed. This is always a dilema as I get hot and he is always cold as he takes blood thinners due to his heart conditions. During this month of ThankfullnessI will post about different things I am thankful for. The first is that I live in a country where I can worship at the church of my choice and that I live in a country that allows me so many freedoms. The freedom of speech as I am allowed to write this post. We have so many things to be thankful for in this country. I sometimes feelthat I take these freedoms for granted.. I thank all of the men andwomen who have served this country and fought for the freedoms that we have. My hats are off to you and the job you do each day. May our Lord Bless each of you and your families this Thanksgiving.

Congratulations on your win! :o) It turned cold at our house last night, too. We had our first good frost this morning . . . just lovely to see it sparkle in the early morning sun. I enjoyed reading your thankful thoughts; we are indeed blessed to live in a country that allows us to freely worship the Lord. :o)

First of all congratulations on your win. Secondly, I never dropped by to thank you for entering my giveaway. I'm so glad that you did and it's a pleasure to meet you.

I did a similar post about yours. We are truly blessed to be able to worship as we so choose. Thanks again and good luck!

Love,
Julie

Nice post! It certainly is something to be thankful for but as you pointed out, something we sometimes take for granted.
